Emergency workers tending to her placed a neck brace on and placed her into a wheelchair as they prepared her for a trip to a medical facility.

Tierney earlier this summer opened up to The Cut about her passion for exercise, saying it's one of the things she does to calm down amid her high-pressure Hollywood career.

'Honestly, this is so cliché, but I find that if I exercise - I’m a runner, I like to run - if I do that in a regular fashion and Transcendental Meditation, that really works for me,' she said. 'That’s just like putting in money in the bank to be calm.'
